Our cedar shake roof had at least 8 yrs of moss growth on it and we felt it may have needed to be partially or fully replaced. Dave and his team arrived promptly and gently worked to remove all debris, treated the shake and it is now healthy and strong. Not one tile needed to be replaced. Our home has been transformed!! Great job by Dave & Ben. Thorough, efficient, on time, great customer service! We thought about re-siding our small house and the estimate came to $40,000! Instead we decided to have Dave pressure wash the house, including the gutters, windows, screens and deck. Our cost, right around 1% of the cost of re-siding! The cost of re-siding would not have included gutters, windows, screens and deck! We are very happy! House looks as good as new at 1% of the cost to re-side it.

Our house exterior hadn’t been cleaned in several years and we live in a very wooded area. Parts of the siding were black, the deck was green, and the roof had moss growing on it. I contacted Kleen on a whim looking to get a quote for both an exterior house wash and a roof clean. Dave came out and left a quote with a suggestion that we hold off on the roof as it wasn’t necessary at this time. They scheduled a time and arrived and departed during that two hour window.
